Human Rights Organization of Sri Lanka

Human Rights Organization of Sri Lanka has started to research with the request of Tamil people who live in Kodigaman, in Jaffna District, regarding 35 people missing during the war season, these missing happened during the LTTE regime and Local regime. Earlier Presidential Commission to investigate in to Complaints regarding missing persons and Human Rights commission had investigated regarding this case before our organization's investigations. Those two commissions weren't able to give solution for this. Present president and prime Minister of Sri Lanka are giving so many reliefs for these people. Specially land ownership for people who missed their land during the war season.

As responsible Human Rights Organization we are hoping to get quick investigation report and we will hand over that report to Sri Lankan President Hon. Maithripala Sirisena, Prime Minister Hon. Ranil Wikkaramasinghe and present Police IG Pujith Jayasundara to get quick solution for these innocent people.

In future we are planning to continue this investigation throughout the Mullaitivu, Kilinochchi, Vavuniya, Mannar area, if there are same problems regarding this please let us know our organization.
